David has been recognized repeatedly with Top Producer awards, such as the Chairman Circle Gold Award, and the Diamond Society Award, in addition to being a BOLD graduate, member of KW Luxury International, former KWLF Cultural Ambassador and Mentor, and member of the Professional Standards Committee at the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. As a former member of the Agent Leadership Council, David has served on the Associate Leadership Council of Keller Williams Los Feliz, a body that acts as a Board of Directors for the market center. He is also a Krista Mashore Coaching client with a long tradition of training, mentoring and coaching other agents.

David holds various designations, such as Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Global Property Specialist (GPS), ePro, and is a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Homes International division as well as the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Recently, David became a Licensed Loan Officer to expand his professional reach and to further assist his clients with their real estate needs. With a constantly shifting market and economy, financing a home can seem like a daunting task. With David, however, this is one less aspect that his buyers have to fret about. He has always believed in going above and beyond what is expected from him as a broker, so earning this license was yet another way of displaying this dedication to his clients.
“I have dedicated a quarter of a century to serving my clients and assisting them with their real estate needs–and I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. I love this city and I love the people who live here, so I am very grateful for each opportunity I get to make Los Angeles ‘home’ for someone new.” David also loves giving back to the community through his involvement with local charities, including animal rescue organizations and helping at-risk youth. He and his husband have been together for 20 years and live with their beloved rescued shepherd/retriever mix.
