So what’s happening here in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles County Real Estate Market. Everyone wants to know. Should I buy? Should I sell? It can be so confusing with all the news whether it be positive or negative or what the best choice to make is for your family.

First off, according to real estate experts and advisors anytime you have inventory levels, meaning the number of active homes on the market, that are at 6 months of inventory or below, that we are in a seller’s market. And anytime we have levels above six months, we are in a buyers market. It’s sort of like the supply and demand theory, when there is a lot of supply of something and it’s easy to get, you can’t sell it for more money. But when there is a limited supply, then the prices go up.
