I chose to work with David to sell a home in Sherman Oaks and I am glad I did. He proved to be a very good choice. I have been through the house selling and buying process multiple times. So I did know what to look for in terms of a broker being "on it." And David was consistently doing everything one would hope to bring out the best outcome for this transaction. I was pleased not only with his knowledge and professional skill-set but also his personal disposition. In general, he was patient, calm and supportive regardless of the number of calls or questions I would have for him. Equally important, he was very responsive. You can count on him to be there for you. I would positively use him again given the opportunity and feel anyone else who does would be in good hands, whether you are a buyer or seller.

I highly recommend David. My wife and I screened 3 other agents and found David to be the most experienced and knowledgeable. He is a consummate professional with great integrity and on top of everything we asked of him. He handled the whole process of selling our house smoothly all the way through. I have nothing but positive comments on how he handled everything. In a very stressful and difficult kind of process, David never once made me feel pressured or stressed out about making decisions. He listened to our needs and worked with us to work out the difficult decisions. We interviewed 2 other realtors that were highly recommended and when we met David we knew that he was the right one. He's very straight forward and honest and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear but tells you what is important to hear (about the market and how your home fits into the current market). He was pretty accurate in everything he told us and ultimately got us a sale price which was right on what I thought was a very good price for our home. His other qualities are that he has a lot of class, uses excellent people to work with (our photographer he recommended was first class - made our house look awesome for the listing) and David is not pushy or try to argue about what he thinks is the best approach. We had many decisions to make and David always listened carefully to what we said and was supportive of our wishes and gave good advice when we asked for it. He's also very reliable to get done whatever needs to be done. I can't think of one thing that fell through the cracks due to anything that he was responsible for. He is very responsive in all of our communication as well.
I really can't imagine that there's many like him in the business. I feel very lucky that we found him. I found him very impressive in every way.
